When selecting your insulation for your home and office, one factor to consider is how long it will last.  InsulPro’s insulation product will last for at least 50 years.  How good is that!
 
InsulPro's product warranty covers that, so long as the insulation is installed correctly and remains adequately protected, NOVAtherm ceiling, wall & underfloor insulation, NOVAfloor underfloor insulation and NOVAhush acoustic insulation will perform as well as when installed for 50 years (Terms and Condition apply).
Why does our insulation last for at least 50 years?
Glues break down and are the weak point of many kinds of thermal and acoustic insulation. New Zealand's extreme climate causes many types of insulation to collapse over time. This means they will fail and need to be replaced. NOVAtherm Ceiling, Wall & Underfloor Insulation, NOVAfloor Underfloor Insulation and NOVAhush Acoustic Insulation are heat bonded, and contain no glues.

BRANZ Appraisal

 
NOVAtherm Ceiling Insulation (R1.8, R2.6, R2.8, R3.2, R3.6) and NOVAfloor Underfloor Insulation have current BRANZ Appraisals. 
 
So what does a BRANZ appraisal mean?  
When you insulate your home or building with BRANZ appraised insulation products you can be rest assured they have been independently assessed to ensure they meet new Zealand Building Code compliance and are fit for purpose.

BRANZ is an independent and impartial research, testing, consulting and information company providing services and resources for the building industry.  BRANZ Appraisals are independent assessments of building products, materials, systems or methods of design or construction.

Environmental Choice

 
If you are concerned about protecting the environment then a product that has the Environmental Choice label will help you achieve this.  At InsulPro we are creating better environments and we have a range of products that have been awarded the Environmental Choice label (ECNZ).

ECNZ is an environmental labelling programme which has been created to help you find products and services that ease the burden on the environment.

When it comes to thermal insulation, the Environmental Choice New Zealand specification considers
environmental criteria in the following categories:
•  Legal requirements
•  Manufacturing additives
•  Waste management
•  Energy management
•  Packaging

 
In addition, there are minimum R-values required
• Ceiling insulation R3.4
• Wall insulation R2.5
• Underfloor insulation R1.4
Who operates the programme?
The Environmental Choice New Zealand programme is owned by the New Zealand Government and administered independently by the New Zealand Ecolabelling Trust. The programme works under the principles of the ISO 14024 standard which considers the environmental impacts of products over their whole lifecycle. Environmental Choice New Zealand is also a member of the global Ecolabelling Network.
